1. What are the specialties that you work on?

We deal with multispecialty E/M Outpatient, Inpatient, Urgent Care, and HCC Coding.

2. I am a graduate and want to become a medical coder. Do you provide training?

No, we do not offer any kind of training for freshers.

3. I have been trained and certified in medical coding but have no experience. Can I apply?

If you are trained and certified (CPC/COC/CCS from AAPC/AHIMA) but have no experience, then you can apply for Junior Medical Coder (JMC) when suitable openings are posted on our website. Please refer to the careers section of the website

4. I am specialized in ED coding but do not have experience in the above-mentioned specialties. Can I apply?

If you think you can manage above specialties with your current experience, then we would want to evaluate you.

5. I am an experienced coder but not certified. Am I am eligible to apply?

Currently, we prefer to hire only certified experienced coders. However, we would consider non-certified coders too based on the incoming workload.

6. What are the shift timings?

We currently operate in Indian day shift. However, based on the project/process requirement one has to be ready to work in Flexi Shifts (Nightshift and or Second Shift) also as needed

7. Are we entitled for any other perks?

You shall be eligible for PF, ESI, and Group Family Medical Insurance (based on salary band). Group Family Medical Insurance is applicable for you, spouse, and two kids. We do not offer free food or transportation currently.

8. Do you offer home-based or part-time medical coding jobs?

Yes, we offer home-based medical coding jobs. We do not offer any part-time medical coding jobs.

9. Do you reimburse relocation expenses if I relocate to Bengaluru?

No, we do not provide any relocation expenses.
