Trainee Medical Scribe
Candidates with medical background, preferably BDS/BPharma/BAMS/BHMS/BSc. Nursing/Bsc. Biotechnology graduates and experienced medical transcriptionists are enrolled in salary-paid training program. Candidates are trained by exposing them to different providers, provide medical coding and medical billing knowledge to avoid downgrading of charts as well as soft skill training which helps work them work independently as a medical scribe for the assigned provider(s).
Clinical Documentation Specialist 1
Scribe in this designation is expected to understand key words and expressions that are highly contextualized and highly predictable from simple questions and produce notes, primarily by writing words and phrases to convey the simplest message with some accuracy.
Clinical Documentation Specialist 2
Scribes are expected to understand information conveyed in simple, sentence-length speech on familiar or everyday topics. They should have the ability to create with the language and communicate simple facts and ideas in a series of loosely connected sentences on varied topics.
Clinical Documentation Specialist 3
Scribes in this designation are expected to be advanced-level listeners who have knowledge of language structure to understand basic time-frame references and show good control of the most frequently used structures and generic vocabulary.
Clinical Documentation Specialist 4
Scribes in this designation are expected to understand speech on a wide range of familiar and less familiar topics and have good command of the language. They should understand speech that typically uses precise, specialized vocabulary, complex grammatical structures and are able to explain complex matters to convey to the readers what is significant while demonstrating high degree of control of grammar and syntax.
Lead Scribe/Quality Coach
A lead scribe works as a medical scribe as well as leads a team of medical scribes. Through this role, we groom capable scribes to become a manager and teach various aspects of human resource policies, team management, leave policies, etc. A quality coach is responsible to identify service quality gaps, handle performance improvement management, compile grading data by tracking and reporting on performance improvement status and progress, identify and resolve obstacles, collaborate with implementation/account managers as well as operations.
An Unit Head is a deserving scribe who is promoted to this role and leads a group of lead scribes (and obviously their team members). The Unit Head has HR/admin partner to efficiently run the branch along with centralized IT team. All other roles in the company support this person to deliver impeccable services to our clients through his/her team.
